Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Mainframe Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Develop, maintain, and optimize mainframe applications within the insurance domain.
Work with insurance-related systems, processes, and regulations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing mainframe applications to improve reliability and performance.
Contribute domain knowledge to ongoing modernization and integration initiatives.

What you bring:

Strong experience in Mainframe systems (COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS or similar).
Proven background in the insurance industry – domain knowledge of products, processes, and regulatory frameworks.
Broad experience working across different insurance systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new environments.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in Swedish (both spoken and written).
