Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Provide hands-on maintenance support directly at the customer’s production site in Värmland.
  • Secure high operational reliability by ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently.
  • Perform troubleshooting, corrective repairs, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Respond quickly to urgent technical issues and ensure effective resolution to keep production moving.
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to identify improvements and maintain optimal performance.

What you bring:

  • Proven, documented experience in practical maintenance work within industrial or production environments.
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to diagnose and solve mechanical or electrical issues efficiently.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to stay calm and act quickly in time-critical situations.
  • Enjoy working close to machines and seeing the direct impact of your work in daily operations.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
