Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Manual QA to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Independently design, manage, and execute Test Cases, Test Data Management, and Test Execution.
- Prepare and conduct System Testing, System Integration Testing, and Regression Testing.
- Implement automated and manual testing methods, utilizing tools like Cucumber BDD and Selenium.
- Manage and track test statuses and progress in Jira and Confluence, providing transparent reporting for project stakeholders.
- Generate comprehensive Test Reports to ensure stakeholders are informed about project status and quality metrics.
- Contribute to PI and Sprint planning, offering insights and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with the team to proactively identify and share issues, impediments, and successes.
- Foster a collaborative team environment with open communication and a solution-oriented mindset.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in Test Case Design, Test Data Management, and Test Execution.
- Proficiency in System, System Integration, and Regression Testing.
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks like Cucumber BDD and Selenium.
- Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence for managing test cases and project documentation.
- Experience creating clear and detailed Test Reports for various stakeholders.
- Ability to actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including PI and Sprint planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong team-oriented approach.
- Self-motivated and proactive problem solver, with a passion for embracing new challenges.
Desired Skills:
- Experience working in a globally distributed team environment.
- Familiarity with database queries and data validation.
- Experience in Mobile Testing and API Testing.
Education & Experience:
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Test Engineer.
