Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Manual Tester to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Explore the system, investigate functionality, and gather missing knowledge independently
  • Document findings in a clear, reusable manner
  • Define, maintain, and execute manual test cases, focusing on business-critical flows
  • Identify regression areas and ensure they are properly retested before releases
  • Collaborate with developers to test new features early in the development process
  • Contribute to improving system documentation and knowledge sharing
  • Optionally support the development of automated test strategies (E2E, integration)

What you bring:

  • Curious, proactive, and able to follow leads without waiting for complete documentation
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to break down complex flows into clear test steps
  • Comfortable working in technical environments, including logs, configurations, and databases
  • Strong communication skills, able to articulate risks and findings effectively
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing or similar roles
  • (Merit) Familiarity with SQL Server/databases, Azure DevOps pipelines and boards, and E2E test frameworks such as Playwright
