Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Collaborate within a team to ensure the delivery of products with the right quality, cost, and timing.
Perform daily tasks to maintain product quality and delivery standards while executing long-term improvement initiatives.
Coordinate activities related to production preparation, tool manufacturing, tool construction, and method technology.
Focus on developing products within additive manufacturing, aiming for zero errors by leveraging quality tools such as PFMEA, SPC, and Problem Solving.
Contribute to a strong team dynamic, fostering curiosity, competence, and a winning culture.
Maintain close dialogue with operators, engineers, and technicians in daily tasks, and engage with customers on production technical matters.
Participate in technology development and the industrialization of new methods, processes, and working practices to align with strategic goals.

What you bring:

Passion for innovation and a commitment to quality, with experience in additive manufacturing or related fields.
Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including PFMEA, SPC, and Problem Solving.
Strong team spirit and the ability to contribute to a collaborative and goal-oriented working climate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with operators, engineers, and customers.
Proactive approach to technology development and process improvement.
English proficiency sufficient for all aspects of the role.
