Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing MES Expert to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Evaluate proposed solutions from Critical Manufacturing MES (CM MES) and provide alternative or optimized solutions to support business goals.
- Provide functional and technical inputs for prioritizing use cases and user stories.
- Act as a core member of the Tetra Pak One MES project team.
- Participate in sprint planning and assist project managers with effort and resource estimation.
- Collaborate closely with the MES software vendor, implementation partner, MES core team, business/site teams, and other service teams involved in the project.
- Support testing activities and ensure quality in large, integrated project rollouts.
What you bring:
- Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with Critical Manufacturing MES.
- Proven experience in development, configuration, and implementation of CM MES (minimum 3 medium-to-large project cycles/rollouts).
- Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing, Make-to-Order, and customer-specific product manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with other MES solutions is an advantage.
- Experience in testing within large-scale MES projects is beneficial.
- Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills, with a proactive, methodical, and self-driven approach.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and documentation skills.
- Prior lead role experience in MES projects is an advantage.
- Tetra Pak business knowledge, OFCE process understanding, or hands-on experience with manufacturing and packaging equipment is a plus.
