Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing/Production Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Work as part of a value stream team to ensure production is delivered at the right quality, cost, and on time.
Coordinate activities related to tool manufacturing, tool design, production preparation, method technology, and CAM/NC.
Focus on robustness and zero defects, applying quality tools such as PFMEA, SPC, and structured problem solving.
Collaborate closely with operators, technicians, and customers on production technical issues.
Participate in technology development and industrialization of new methods, processes, and working methods.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and automation in production.
Contribute to a team culture that emphasizes competence, curiosity, collaboration, and a winning mindset.

What you bring:

Academic bachelor’s degree, university studies, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written) and proficiency in English.
Team player with a drive to succeed and a proactive mindset.
Analytical, fact-oriented, and independent problem-solving skills.
Experience or familiarity with quality tools such as PFMEA, SPC, and problem-solving methodologies.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and work fearlessly in challenging production environments.
Curiosity, initiative, and strong collaboration skills to contribute to team success.
