Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Master Data Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Structure spare parts master data, including: Naming conventions, Segmentation and categorization, Connection to process equipment and technical specifications, Safety stock levels and reorder points, Maintenance prioritization, Reviewing obsolete spare parts, Supplier strategy and recommendations
  • Conduct on-site investigations in the warehouse to match materials with correct article numbers
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure master data accuracy
  • Analyze and connect technical specifications to machines and spare parts
  • Engage with suppliers to obtain recommended spare parts information

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, with experience in Supply Chain Management and Master Data Management
  • Strong Swedish and English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Structured and analytical mindset, with attention to detail
  • Curious and investigative approach, with a hands-on attitude
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to align with cross-functional teams

Meriting experience:

  • MRO and spare parts management
  • Previous experience working in a process industry environment
