Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Drive the design, configuration, and operationalization of enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) capabilities using Profisee and Snowflake.
• Analyze customer, product, and material master data requirements and translate business rules into executable MDM specifications.
• Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for core domains, including Customer and Product.
• Define golden records, survivorship logic, hierarchies, and attribute standards with clear documentation.
• Configure Profisee entities, match/merge rules, data quality rules, workflows, and security in line with best practices.
• Specify integration requirements and data contracts between Profisee and Snowflake, collaborating with Data Engineers to validate end-to-end flows.
• Automate data quality checks, scorecards, and stewardship workflows; monitor exceptions and provide governance inputs and improvement proposals.
• Manage Agile delivery using Jira, including epics, stories, DoR/DoD, sprint ceremonies, progress tracking, and transparent dashboards.
• Maintain models, rule catalogs, runbooks, and deliver user training, demos, and release documentation.
• Make key decisions on master data models, Profisee artefacts, integration specifications, stewardship runbooks, and data quality scorecards.

What you bring:

• Hands-on experience with Profisee, including entities/attributes, match/merge, survivorship, data quality rules, workflows, stewardship, and security.
• Strong data modeling skills across conceptual, logical, and physical layers, including hierarchy and reference data design.
• Understanding of Snowflake concepts (schemas, keys, data-sharing) and ability to define integration contracts for engineers.
• Agile experience with Jira, including managing epics/stories, DoR/DoD, sprint ceremonies, metrics, and dashboards.
• Awareness of DevOps practices for Profisee solutions (e.g., Azure DevOps/Git for versioning and promotion).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to translate business policies into executable MDM rules and workflows.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Nice-to-have experience with Salesforce, Veeva, ModelN, SAP/S4, publishing mastered data for analytics/BI, or familiarity with Profisee Aisey.
• 4–6 years of experience in MDM/data governance solution design roles, including delivered match/merge, survivorship, data quality, and stewardship solutions.
• Demonstrable Profisee delivery experience; exposure to adjacent platforms (SAP MDG, Informatica) is a plus.
• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
