Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Master Scheduler to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Develop forecasts for material requirements using statistical analysis
Create tools to streamline strategic material planning processes
Update control parameters to secure material availability and optimize inventory
Generate purchase requisitions and manage customer orders, including quotations and delivery initiation
Coordinate and communicate material requirements with internal teams such as purchasing, production, planning, and logistics
Prepare and participate in planning meetings and relevant forums
Participate in external meetings with suppliers as needed
Analyze impacts on material flows due to changes and provide solutions
Contribute to improving forecast reliability and develop working methods
Work with inventory forecasts to ensure efficient supply chain operations

What you bring:

Post-secondary education in Supply Chain or equivalent
Experience in supply chain planning and interest in continuous improvement
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
Experience with business systems such as SAP is an asset
Ability to build networks, work in cross-functional teams, and contribute to team development
Fluent in Swedish and English
Strong personal suitability, aligning with team culture and organizational values
