Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

  • Developing comprehensive design drawings for substations.
  • Generating basic documents required for construction.
  • Performing detailed engineering calculations.
  • Handling all aspects of substation design, including HV power systems and MV/HV switchgears.
  • Collaborating closely with the end customer to tailor solutions to their unique needs.
  • Managing and resolving design and engineering issues with clear communication and coordination.
  • Ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience with HV power systems, substations, or MV/HV switchgears.
  • Proficiency in CAN tools, with knowledge of Revit being highly desirable.
  • Ability to work on-site in Västerås; remote or hybrid work is not an option.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and resolve issues effectively.
  • Good command of the Swedish language; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
