Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Design mechanical components and mechanisms from concept phase through to release and production
- Present and lead 3D model review meetings showcasing technical solutions
- Perform structural assessments including hand calculations and Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
- Create technical documentation for both internal stakeholders and external partners
- Explore and develop innovative solutions to enhance sustainability, performance, and reliability
- Collaborate across engineering, marketing, sourcing, manufacturing, and testing teams
- Provide support in design validation testing such as endurance, performance, and drop tests
- Review and improve existing mechanical design and drawing review processes
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between R&D design, operations, manufacturing, and suppliers
What you bring:
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Broad technical expertise in machinery and mechanical design, with knowledge in areas such as power transmission, gearbox technology, and manufacturing techniques (machining, casting, injection molding, additive manufacturing)
- Familiarity with motors and electronic equipment is considered an advantage
- Proficiency in CREO and Product Data Management (PDM) systems
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer
- Strong team player with a customer-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies
