What you will work on:
- Develop and optimize thermal management systems using a holistic approach across different propulsion and technology areas
- Balance QDCFSS (Quality, Design, Cost, Feature, Sustainability, Safety) criteria to ensure optimal project outcomes
- Prepare, review, and present technical documentation, including system specifications, reports, and stakeholder presentations
- Manage project deliveries, communicate effectively within the team, and ensure milestones and deadlines are met
- Mentor and coach colleagues, sharing expertise and supporting knowledge transfer within the team
- Contribute to project roadmaps and strategies, linking your work to overall business and technical strategies
- Act as a recognized subject matter expert for complex discipline-related issues and provide guidance to project teams
What you bring:
- Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in system engineering, preferably within thermal management
- Strong expertise in hardware/software integration and thermal management systems
- Understanding of different propulsion systems and their thermal requirements
- Experience with relevant engineering tools used
- Excellent analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience as a project lead, with ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in both Swedish and English
- Recognized expert and mentor, capable of coaching, educating, and guiding colleagues
- Strategic thinking with the ability to link discipline-level work to broader technical and business objectives
