Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 License Management Consultant to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Conduct a comprehensive review of the current Microsoft 365 license management process, assessing challenges, needs, and current procedures.
- Analyze existing license costs and usage patterns to identify inefficiencies and cost-driving factors.
- Map end-to-end license management flow from allocation to off-boarding, incorporating needs assessment, contracts, procurement, forecasting, billing, cost allocation, and tracking.
- Evaluate the current tools and support systems used in license management and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop best-practice recommendations for optimizing license management, ensuring sustainability, effective governance, and alignment with upcoming contract negotiations.
- Prepare an implementation plan detailing proposed improvements and present findings and plans to stakeholders and sponsors.
- Ensure the license management model is transparent, straightforward, manageable, and cost-efficient for ongoing control and efficiency.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in Microsoft 365 license management with a solid understanding of Microsoft’s licensing model.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in process optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with experience engaging diverse stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of cost structures related to different pricing models and the ability to efficiently allocate costs across an organization.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
