Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior National Healthcare Structuring and Expert Support to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Contribute to the structuring and development of highly specialized healthcare at the national level.
Provide expert support in analysis, evaluation, and development initiatives.
Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
Participate in meetings and workshops, both on-site and digitally, to support decision-making processes.
Support the development of recommendations and guidance based on national standards and guidelines.

What you bring:

Relevant professional background in healthcare, with expertise in highly specialized care.
Experience in national-level healthcare structuring or policy development.
Strong analytical skills and experience with evaluation and development projects.
Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication skills for both written reports and stakeholder engagement.
Flexibility to attend meetings and provide ongoing expert support
Fluent in English and Swedish
