Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Operation Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Configure and manage price lists, charging points, and Charge Point Operators (CPOs).
  • Activate and deactivate charging stations as needed.
  • Support migration and system setup of internal platforms, including administrative tasks such as creating tariffs, adding prices, and managing charging infrastructure data.
  • Handle inquiries from truck manufacturers regarding system setup, invoices, and network status.
  • Provide third-line support for manufacturers assisting customers using the charging infrastructure.
  • Conduct small sample tests to ensure data quality, including price implementation and network classification.
  • Analyze and provide data for accounting and occupancy purposes.

What you bring:

  • Junior-level experience with strong self-drive and eagerness to learn.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to dive into and interpret data.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
  • Experience with the “Be Energised” system is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required.
