Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Operational Test Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage testing activities across all project phases, including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
• Develop and implement test strategies that align with project goals, scope, and timelines.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to prepare business users for UAT and production deployment.
• Collaborate with architects and key stakeholders to ensure testing processes align with business goals and technical requirements.
• Monitor and report test progress, risks, and deviations to project management and stakeholders.
• Use test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM) to document test cases, track results, and manage deviations.
• Ensure all test documentation is complete, audit-ready, and adheres to quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement by refining test processes and methods.

What you bring:

• Proven experience leading test processes in complex IT environments, with expertise in test methods, strategies, and risk management.
• Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, logistics, or HR, supported by enterprise systems.
• Ability to manage both operational tasks and strategic initiatives effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proficiency in using test management tools and creating comprehensive documentation.
• Relevant university degree in IT, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of test management experience, preferably in projects involving business system implementation.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly advantageous.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.

Preferred qualifications:

• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification or equivalent.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps environments.
• Experience with data migration and integration between business systems.
