Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Order Management Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Serve as the primary contact between the sales team and customers, ensuring a seamless order handling process
Receive, register, and manage customer orders in internal business systems from start to completion
Monitor deliveries and follow up to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
Communicate regularly with customers and manufacturing units across Europe
Manage order-related documentation and track payments to ensure compliance and accuracy
Adapt to evolving customer requirements and changing project conditions
Collaborate closely with colleagues in a dynamic, international environment

What you bring:

Proven experience in order management and working with business systems such as SAP and Salesforce
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
A proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
High energy, strong initiative, and a keen sense of responsibility
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Technical understanding and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
A completed high school education
