Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior OTM Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Implement and develop systems using OTM Cloud.
  • Conduct assessments of existing operations to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Perform business process mapping and gap analysis to align operations with best practices.
  • Design and implement effective solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Configure and support OTM functionalities, including rates setup, interface changes, agent workflow modifications, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver package implementation and ongoing support.

What you bring:

  • Expertise in OTM Cloud with proven experience in system implementation.
  • Strong system development skills, including proficiency in SQL.
  • Analytical skills to assess operations and identify gaps.
  • Experience in business process mapping and designing effective solutions.
  • Background in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) operations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with package implementation and support processes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
