Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior PAM/CyberArk IT Security Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Support PAM Developers in the full scope of onboarding processes by collaborating with Application Owners and Providers.
• Collect and analyze relevant data to ensure efficient and timely onboarding pipelines.
• Provide PAM expertise and guidance within the project, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
• Contribute to change management activities and support DevOps teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ensure alignment with identity and access management principles, security frameworks, and IT processes.
• Document processes, decisions, and technical solutions to maintain high-quality project deliverables.

What you bring:

• Proven experience with PAM controls, requirements, and risk management practices.
• Strong knowledge of identity and PAM security best practices for both on-premise and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with security approaches such as SoD, Least Privilege, and Zero Trust.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum DevOps teams and understanding of IT processes and system development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity controls and frameworks (e.g., CIS, COBIT, NIST, ISO 2700x).
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Structured, organized, and results-driven work approach with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to bridge business and technical contexts effectively.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Nice-to-have: Previous experience with CyberArk technology and PAM implementation/onboarding projects.
