Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior PAM/CyberArk IT Security Consultant to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Support PAM Developers in the full scope of onboarding processes by collaborating with Application Owners and Providers.
- Collect and analyze relevant data to ensure efficient and timely onboarding pipelines.
- Provide PAM expertise and guidance within the project, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
- Contribute to change management activities and support DevOps teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ensure alignment with identity and access management principles, security frameworks, and IT processes.
- Document processes, decisions, and technical solutions to maintain high-quality project deliverables.
What you bring:
- Proven experience with PAM controls, requirements, and risk management practices.
- Strong knowledge of identity and PAM security best practices for both on-premise and cloud environments.
- Familiarity with security approaches such as SoD, Least Privilege, and Zero Trust.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum DevOps teams and understanding of IT processes and system development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity controls and frameworks (e.g., CIS, COBIT, NIST, ISO 2700x).
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Structured, organized, and results-driven work approach with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to bridge business and technical contexts effectively.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Nice-to-have: Previous experience with CyberArk technology and PAM implementation/onboarding projects.
