Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior PAM/CyberArk IT Security Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Support PAM Developers in the full scope of onboarding processes by collaborating with Application Owners and Providers.
Collect and analyze relevant data to ensure efficient and timely onboarding pipelines.
Provide PAM expertise and guidance within the project, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
Contribute to change management activities and support DevOps teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ensure alignment with identity and access management principles, security frameworks, and IT processes.
Document processes, decisions, and technical solutions to maintain high-quality project deliverables.

What you bring:

Proven experience with PAM controls, requirements, and risk management practices.
Strong knowledge of identity and PAM security best practices for both on-premise and cloud environments.
Familiarity with security approaches such as SoD, Least Privilege, and Zero Trust.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum DevOps teams and understanding of IT processes and system development lifecycle.
Knowledge of cybersecurity controls and frameworks (e.g., CIS, COBIT, NIST, ISO 2700x).
Excellent collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Structured, organized, and results-driven work approach with a can-do attitude.
Ability to bridge business and technical contexts effectively.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Nice-to-have: Previous experience with CyberArk technology and PAM implementation/onboarding projects.
