Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior PAM / CyberArk IT Security Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Support PAM Developers throughout the full onboarding lifecycle by engaging with Application Owners and Providers.
• Collect, validate, and organize onboarding data to ensure an efficient and seamless process.
• Provide PAM expertise, guidance, and technical insight to enhance security posture across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PAM controls with risk management objectives.
• Ensure onboarding activities comply with organizational and industry security standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PAM processes and related documentation.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum development teams to deliver security solutions on time and with high quality.

What you bring:

• Proven experience working with PAM controls and requirements.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and their application in IT security.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in change management and a structured approach to implementing process improvements.
• Knowledge of identity and PAM security best practices for both on-premise and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with core security concepts such as Segregation of Duties (SoD), Least Privilege, and Zero Trust.
• Hands-on experience working in a DevOps team within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Understanding of IT processes and the system development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Awareness of cybersecurity controls and frameworks such as CIS, COBIT, NIST, and ISO 2700x.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Organized, methodical, and quality-focused approach to work.
• Ability to translate between technical and business contexts effectively.
• Self-driven mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• (Nice to have) Previous experience with CyberArk technologies and participation in PAM implementation or onboarding projects.
