Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Payroll Integration Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and manage seamless integration between Workday and Nordic payroll systems.
Ensure payroll data is accurate, consistent, and compliant with local regulations, including GDPR.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration issues by addressing root causes.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to optimize payroll workflows.
Document processes and facilitate knowledge transfer to support business continuity.
Mentor colleagues and promote agile, modern development practices.

What you bring:

Proven experience in payroll integration and HRIS system connectivity; Workday experience is a plus.
Strong technical knowledge of integration technologies, including APIs, middleware, and cloud-based platforms.
Deep understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and data privacy regulations.
Skilled in transformation, mapping, and validation of payroll data.
Stakeholder management experience; project management experience is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across HR, IT, and external partners.
Preferred: experience with Azure Integration, Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps (pipelines, workflows, automation).
Familiarity with modern development tools and agile methodologies.
Experience coaching and mentoring team members.
