Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior PCB Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Design PCBs using Cadence design tools, ensuring optimal performance and manufacturability.
Develop and analyze detailed board floor plans to support project goals.
Drive and implement process improvements in PCB design methodologies.
Collaborate with and mentor colleagues to share expertise and enhance team capabilities.
Participate in cross-functional projects focusing on PCB design and related areas.

What you bring:

3-5 years of experience in PCB design and related fields.
Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and their implications for design.
Expertise with Cadence design tools and workflows.
Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Analytical thinking with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Knowledge of telecommunications and electrical design, supported by a BSc or MSc degree.
Experience with mass production processes and applying statistical principles to design.
Familiarity with thermal design considerations and their impact on PCB performance.
Knowledge of simulation tools for radio, signal and power integrity, and thermal analysis.
Excellent communication skills in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
