Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Pega Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Develop and maintain solutions in Pega, working closely with the team to manage and deliver on the backlog.
Design, build, and enhance REST APIs and related integrations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.
Contribute to testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement practices.
Take responsibility for sub-areas of delivery, including leading small groups when required.

What you bring:

4–8 years of experience as a Pega developer with deep technical expertise in the platform.
Solid experience with APIs, integrations, and databases.
Familiarity with development tools and environments such as GitLab, Azure DevOps, and container technologies.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance practices.
Ability to work independently while also supporting and guiding others as a role model.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Excellent communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus but not required).
