Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Performance Group Engineer – Engine Calibration to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Calibrate and run engines in a test cell environment, ensuring performance and reliability.
Prepare detailed technical reports documenting results, findings, and recommendations.
Collaborate with performance group leaders and team members on FQs, PCRs, and certifications.
Drive assigned project responsibilities forward, addressing advanced technical challenges.
Work within red arrow projects, requiring frequent on-site presence at the customer location.

What you bring:

Engineering background with professional experience in engine testing.
Hands-on expertise in engine calibration, with strong technical understanding.
Familiarity with the customer’s systems and workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical issues.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Self-driven and proactive approach to advancing project deliverables.
