Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Performance Group Engineer – Engine Calibration to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Calibrate and run engines in a test cell environment, ensuring performance and reliability.
- Prepare detailed technical reports documenting results, findings, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with performance group leaders and team members on FQs, PCRs, and certifications.
- Drive assigned project responsibilities forward, addressing advanced technical challenges.
- Work within red arrow projects, requiring frequent on-site presence at the customer location.
What you bring:
- Engineering background with professional experience in engine testing.
- Hands-on expertise in engine calibration, with strong technical understanding.
- Familiarity with the customer’s systems and workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Self-driven and proactive approach to advancing project deliverables.
