Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior PLM Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

Drive the next generation of PLM tools, supporting digital manufacturing and simulation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and define business requirements for PLM solutions in manufacturing processes
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity on requirements
Design and implement PLM solutions with leading software tools for product lifecycle management
Customize and configure PLM systems, ensuring seamless integration across new and existing platforms
Apply your knowledge of the automotive industry to optimize and innovate in PLM processes

What You Bring:

University degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience as a PLM Business Analyst within a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes
Expertise in advanced PLM software tools, with knowledge of configurations and customizations
Experience with agile methodologies and collaborative, iterative development
Business acumen in the automotive industry, with insights into industry-specific challenges and opportunities
Fluent English with excellent communication skills
A proactive mindset, strong collaboration skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement
