Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Design and develop clear, user-friendly dashboards in Power BI based on internal customer requirements.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and prioritize user stories and data needs.
Coach and guide internal customers toward effective, simplified BI solutions that drive decision-making.
Work alongside data engineers to define and refine backend data requirements supporting BI solutions.
Apply Power BI best practices in data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design to ensure scalability, performance, and quality.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of BI processes and collaboration frameworks as part of a growing, data-driven organization.
Communicate and document technical and business insights clearly in both Swedish and English, adapting to a bilingual work environment.

What you bring:

Extensive hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports in Power BI.
Proven experience engaging directly with stakeholders and understanding business challenges to deliver actionable insights.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into meaningful visualizations.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of data modeling, DAX, and Power BI performance optimization techniques.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
Fluent in English; Swedish language skills are an advantage.
