Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Process Expert to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Taking responsibility for planning and supporting the development and optimization of IT processes within the organization.
- Leading and facilitating process workshops to gather requirements, understand needs, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Modeling and designing processes according to the customer’s process framework, with a strong focus on ITSM (IT Service Management) processes.
- Documenting process descriptions to ensure clear communication and adherence to established frameworks and guidelines.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in facilitating and leading workshops, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable process improvements.
- In-depth knowledge of regulations related to processes and documentation, ensuring compliance in process design and implementation.
- Expertise in designing processes using a modeling tool, preferably EA Sparx.
- Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 notation for process modeling.
- Strong experience in leading process work and managing process development initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various positions within the organization.
- A structured, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken, is required.
- Desirable: Experience in banking and finance is a plus but not essential.
