Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Coordinate daily with production planners, production leaders, and the SCM team to ensure timely availability of materials.
Apply a practical and proactive approach to production planning and scheduling.
Manage and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
Support material resource planning activities to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Follow up on purchase orders to ensure delivery compliance and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support smooth production and procurement operations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain and production workflows.

What you bring:

Proven experience in procurement coordination or supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing or energy environment.
Familiarity with SAP systems; experience in an SAP-driven environment is a strong advantage.
Understanding of material requirements planning (MRP) principles and processes.
Knowledge of inventory handling, balance adjustments, and quality issue resolution.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, tracking, and analysis.
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented, structured, and collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a global organization.
