Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist – Technology Procurement to join our dynamic team.
What you’ll work on:
- Manage various technology categories, including Engineering SaaS, Security & Risk Management, and Hardware/Consumables.
- Assist with supplier performance and scorecarding.
- Conduct spend analysis, cost modeling, market analysis, and gather stakeholder requirements.
- Identify and engage relevant sources of supply.
- Execute category strategies, including negotiations, RFQs, RFIs, and process design/establishment.
- Manage and maintain relationships with preferred suppliers, including evaluation and tiering.
- Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day supplier questions and issue resolution.
- Monitor supplier performance and tie it to employee productivity metrics.
- Compile data for scorecards and run reports, create dashboards, and benchmarks to drive decision-making.
What you bring:
- 3-7 years of experience in technology procurement.
- Proven track record of building long-term partner relationships.
- Experience managing RFx processes.
- Sourcing and procurement experience for indirect consumable equipment.
- Strong organizational and data-driven approach.
- Self-driven with proactive mindset and ability to identify needs.
- Delivery-focused with a global perspective.
- Experience working in medium or large companies.
- Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and business partners.
- Ability to express complex ideas clearly.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Team-oriented mindset, valuing collective achievements.
