Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Configuration Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Translate market-adapted and technical requirements into efficient and viable solution combinations within the product model.
Maintain, validate, and enhance the product configuration model to ensure accuracy, consistency, and functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align configuration logic, product costs, and quotation content.
Contribute to product development projects as a key representative for product modularization and configuration.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance model quality, efficiency, and usability.
Support internal stakeholders by ensuring that configuration tools and models meet evolving business and technical needs.

What you bring:

Proven experience as an engineer with a strong understanding of how technical and commercial requirements interact in a product data model.
Ability to structure, analyze, and translate complex technical data into configurable product solutions.
Experience in product configuration, project management, or technical sales.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, methodical approach to work.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage effectively across teams.
Fluency in spoken and written English; experience as a technical editor is an advantage.
A proactive mindset with the motivation to drive projects from concept to completion and continuously improve processes.
