Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Product Content Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Take end-to-end ownership of product and therapeutic area content, including content development, translation, and enablement for the product testing journey.
- Ensure that accurate, compliant, and high-quality content is delivered, maintained, and accessible for studies using the product suite.
- Collaborate with other content managers on cross-functional feature developments to ensure a seamless and consistent content experience across products and platforms.
- Act as the content representative for your assigned squad(s), managing timelines for processing, translation, and publication.
- Support and coordinate content activities during web and app elaborations and feature development, ensuring alignment with product releases and study deadlines.
- Coordinate translation processes within your product domain and manage ongoing maintenance per release in collaboration with the Content Enablement team.
- Support product and clinical study teams during maintenance and closeout phases, handling content updates, change requests, and bug fixes.
- Manage multiple, overlapping timelines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and delivery within tight deadlines.
- Engage proactively in cross-functional discussions, providing clarity, solutions, and informed recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with development teams to define, design, and enable content features in the CMS for both web and mobile applications.
What you bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Content Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven, hands-on experience with Digital Content Management Systems (CMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
- Expertise in digital publishing, editing, and localized content management, including handling multiple translations.
- Strong understanding of web and app content development, with basic knowledge of HTML and desirable knowledge of SEO, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Demonstrated ability to work in global, cross-collaborative environments, managing stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Adaptable and solution-oriented mindset, capable of pivoting across parallel tasks and shifting priorities.
- A customer-first attitude, ensuring user needs and content quality drive decision-making.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in clinical trial delivery, pharmaceutical environments, or highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with Jira, Miro, and Figma.
- Strategic mindset with an understanding of UX principles and customer journeys.
- Experience in digital project management and delivering within structured frameworks.
- Genuine passion for healthcare, life sciences, and digital transformation.
