Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Product Development Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Design, communicate, and implement operational plans for engineering-based projects.
- Prepare designs, project controls, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans for new infrastructure, equipment, or facilities.
- Monitor project progress and performance, taking proactive action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
- Identify, develop, and gather the necessary resources to complete the project successfully.
- Prepare engineering standards, designs, and work specifications.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Select materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.
- Manage projects or subprojects with limited complexity from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risks are controlled.
- Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals.
- Solve difficult and complex project problems independently with limited supervision.
What you bring:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product development project management or engineering projects.
- Advanced knowledge in project planning, execution, and control, typically obtained through education and work experience.
- Full responsibility for delivering on agreed project objectives, including scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk management.
- Ability to work independently and handle complex challenges.
- Strong coaching and leadership skills to guide less experienced professionals.
- Certification in project management is an advantage.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
