Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Define and drive product vision, strategy, and metrics for your domain, inspiring your team and stakeholders to bring this vision to life.
Prioritize a long-term product roadmap balancing innovation, technical debt reduction, and maintenance.
Align product capabilities across multiple missions and strategic company initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product insights, to deliver user-centric solutions.
Act as a partner and guide for other team members, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.

What you bring:

5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing products.
Proven experience working in cross-disciplinary agile teams with design and insights partners.
Demonstrated ability to lead vision and strategy for complex products spanning internal, consumer, and B2B interfaces.
Strong skills in prioritizing competing priorities, balancing innovation with maintenance.
Experience with data-informed product development, AB testing, and setting measurable goals.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
Familiarity with the content landscape and platform challenges in large-scale streaming companies.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, set high standards, and deliver hands-on solutions.
Knowledge of Java and SQL is required, with experience working closely with engineers.
