Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and metrics for your domain, inspiring your team and stakeholders to bring this vision to life.
- Prioritize a long-term product roadmap balancing innovation, technical debt reduction, and maintenance.
- Align product capabilities across multiple missions and strategic company initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product insights, to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Act as a partner and guide for other team members, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
What you bring:
- 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing products.
- Proven experience working in cross-disciplinary agile teams with design and insights partners.
- Demonstrated ability to lead vision and strategy for complex products spanning internal, consumer, and B2B interfaces.
- Strong skills in prioritizing competing priorities, balancing innovation with maintenance.
- Experience with data-informed product development, AB testing, and setting measurable goals.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
- Familiarity with the content landscape and platform challenges in large-scale streaming companies.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, set high standards, and deliver hands-on solutions.
- Knowledge of Java and SQL is required, with experience working closely with engineers.
