Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Develop a comprehensive playbook for AI strategy development and use case prioritization, including guiding discovery phases and supporting both product managers and domains without dedicated PMs
Drive the creation of AI strategies for multiple domains and prioritize new use cases, advancing several into the Proof of Value (PoV) stage
Establish and implement standardized ways of working for AI use cases, including PoV execution, value measurement, landing decisions, and maintenance team structure
Act as Product Manager/Product Owner for the AI accelerator, with a focus on progressing current AI initiatives into the PoV stage
Provide ad hoc support to the broader product organization, including OKR facilitation, role modeling for PMs and POs, and coaching as needed

What you bring:

Proven experience in product thinking and product management with a strong focus on data and AI solutions
Demonstrated ability to scale AI products from proof of concept to production-ready deployments
Skilled in leading fast-paced PoCs and pilots with a learning-oriented, iterative approach
Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity environments and embracing failure as part of innovation
Strong capability in translating complex technical capabilities into user stories and impactful product features
Experience maintaining a backlog that balances short-term experimentation with long-term scalability
Ability to effectively communicate AI use cases, benefits, and limitations to non-technical stakeholders
Advocate for ethical AI practices and adherence to governance frameworks
Familiarity with data mesh principles, including data contracts and system interoperability
