Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Take full ownership of the Document Management Systems (DMS) product, driving its development and ensuring it aligns with Ikano’s strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management to deliver products that support the bank’s objectives.
• Serve as the Product Owner within one or more agile teams, guiding them to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Create, understand, and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring the agile team is aligned with the Product Vision and Roadmap.
• Own and manage the team backlog, making critical decisions on scope, priority, and descope as needed.
• Regularly engage with stakeholders to understand pain points and problems, addressing them promptly to maximize the value delivered by the agile team.
• Work with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and other Product Owners to contribute to program scope and manage team scope effectively.
• Define sprint goals, drive the sprint backlog creation, and review and accept delivered stories to ensure they meet the Definition of Done.
• Interact with third parties regarding technical integrations and manage related support activities.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies, prepare for PI Planning, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with the planned scope.

What You Bring:

• Strong technical leadership skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems and drive solutions forward.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in facilitating discussions and building strong stakeholder relationships.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst within the banking or financial services industry.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably within financial services.
• Deep understanding of agile frameworks, particularly SAFe, with hands-on experience in agile product development.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and effective relationships across teams.
• Banking domain expertise, with a solid understanding of the specific challenges and opportunities in this sector.
• Experience in using JIRA or similar tools to manage agile team backlogs and track progress.
• A proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of the business and its customers.
