Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner -Embedded Software to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and support a team of software developers in their daily work.
Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize customer value.
Secure on-time software releases in alignment with project goals.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop a 6–12 month roadmap and guide priorities.
Act as the link between the market and the development team, clarifying customer value.
Present progress to and drive decision-making in the steering group.
Handle resource conflicts with other POs, PMs, and the steering group.
Manage the budget for the product and follow up on performance metrics.
Support the customer in developing and improving agile ways of working.

What you bring:

Solid experience as a Product Owner in embedded software development.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide and build teams.
Structured, calm, and clear in communication – even in changing conditions.
Results-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable shaping your own ways of working.
Experience in backlog management, release planning, and stakeholder alignment.
Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written).
