Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

• Lead the Test Automation team for Android- and Linux-based infotainment systems with a focus on stability, scalability, and product quality
• Define and prioritize the features roadmap to meet software delivery milestones
• Own and manage the test automation product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic testing goals
• Define, prioritize, and communicate user stories, epics, and features to the test automation team
• Develop and evolve test architecture in line with system design and quality objectives
• Provide hands-on support in test automation development and integration using C#, Python, CAPL, Docker, and AI-based testing strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood, traceable, and aligned with test coverage goals
• Contribute to the design and execution of automated regression suites and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Gerrit, Bitbucket)
• Drive continuous improvement of test frameworks, strategies, and processes to enhance maintainability and scalability
• Monitor test execution, analyze results, and support root-cause analysis with development teams
• Work closely with AI specialists to explore and implement intelligent test methodologies

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Lead in test automation projects, preferably within automotive or infotainment domains
• Deep technical knowledge of Android platform testing and debugging with ADB
• Strong programming and scripting expertise in C#, Python, CAPL, and Docker
• Solid understanding of test architecture, including HIL, SIL, and cloud-based testing frameworks
• Exposure to AI/ML techniques applied in testing, such as anomaly detection or intelligent test case selection
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent stakeholder communication skills
• Experience in CI/CD and automation tools such as Jenkins, Git, Gerrit, and Bitbucket

Preferred skills

• Experience with automotive-grade testing standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE)
• Knowledge of vehicle network protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
• Exposure to Android Automotive OS or in-vehicle infotainment systems
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, SystemWeaver, or Confluence
