Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Drive execution and delivery of product initiatives in an agile environment.
  • Manage the product backlog, define user stories, and set clear acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and user needs.
  • Work in distributed, international teams, including frequent interaction with offshore teams.
  • Monitor progress, follow up on tasks, and provide clear input to stakeholders.
  • Raise issues proactively and ensure timely resolution to maintain project momentum.
  • Support sprint planning, review, and retrospective activities.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar agile role.
  • Background from large, complex, and global organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methods, sprint processes, and backlog management.
  • Hands-on experience with Confluence and Figma.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to ask precise questions, follow up effectively, and maintain structured work practices.
  • Skilled at building trust and developing effective relationships in international teams.
  • Reliable, structured, and quick to adapt to new domains.
