Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner / Business IT Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

Serve as Product Owner / Business IT Analyst within the Warranty team, guiding the phase-out of the current warranty application and the implementation of a new cloud-based solution
Define and execute a strategy for treating organizational data as a product, ensuring maximum business value
Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders, facilitating workshops and actively contributing to agile ceremonies such as PI-planning and sprint activities
Support the transition from legacy systems by identifying requirements, clarifying processes, and ensuring smooth migration to the new platform
Provide expertise and support across related project areas and existing solutions when needed

What you bring

Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner, Business IT Analyst, or in a similar role
Proven track record in driving “data-as-a-product” initiatives from a business perspective
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in agile ways of working
Excellent analytical skills, with a proactive and self-motivated mindset
Ability to quickly understand complex business flows and lead productive workshops
Advantageous experience in distributor, dealer, or workshop operations
Familiarity with SAP or finance systems
Knowledge of warranty or claim-related data
