Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner / Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

Lead and manage projects within investment advice, ensuring efficient processes and workflows.
Drive the development of holistic advisory solutions by balancing business needs and customer expectations.
Collaborate with various teams, roles, and stakeholders both within and outside the bank to align on goals and priorities.
Structure and prioritize incoming requirements, delegate tasks, and ensure effective follow-up.
Provide regular status updates to management, teams, and stakeholders.
Work in an agile environment, contributing to continuous improvement and adaptability.

What You Bring:

Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role within investment advice.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new responsibilities and drive results.
Excellent communication skills and responsiveness in a collaborative, cross-functional setting.
Ability to structure work efficiently, manage complexity, and make informed decisions.
Experience working in an agile environment, with a focus on iterative development and continuous feedback.
A Swedsec license in advice is a plus.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
