Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner – ServiceNow to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Collaborate with Product Management to align with strategic initiatives and deliver solutions that achieve business objectives.
- Drive end-to-end product development with a dedicated team of engineers and designers.
- Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain the team backlog in JIRA.
- Define sprint goals and lead the sprint backlog creation process with the team.
- Articulate and maintain the product vision and roadmap while aligning with program-level goals.
- Build trust and foster effective relationships with stakeholders to address pain points and deliver timely solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and other Product Owners to manage team scope and priorities.
- Interact with third parties to manage technical integrations and support.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, and track progress against scope and objectives.
- Define and uphold the Definition of Done in collaboration with the Agile team.
- Review and accept delivered stories, ensuring quality and alignment with business needs.
What you bring:
- Proven technical leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation abilities, with strong stakeholder management expertise.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, preferably within financial services.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks, particularly SAFe, and experience in iterative product development.
- A track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Banking domain knowledge is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
