Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Quality Lead to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Lead issue detection and pre-study areas for customer-related quality improvements
  • Utilize digital vehicle data to identify and analyze customer-impacting issues
  • Perform pre-investigations and prioritize product improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure appropriate corrective actions
  • Communicate product quality and customer satisfaction insights to stakeholders
  • Contribute to dynamic environments, supporting cross-functional teams and departments
