Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Production Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and efficiency
Drive cross-functional projects including production capacity expansion and process development
Promote and support LEAN methodologies across the organization to foster a culture of operational excellence
Analyze material flows and working methods, identifying and implementing practical improvements
Review deviation reports and lead corrective actions, including initiatives that span departments beyond production
Contribute to the industrialization of new products and support updates and revisions to existing designs

What you bring:

Engineering degree or equivalent qualification, with solid experience in production environments, production control, quality systems, and LEAN principles
Proven ability to lead improvement initiatives with measurable impact on production performance
Experience working with business systems, preferably SAP, is advantageous
Strong analytical and goal-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative working style
Ability to remain calm under pressure, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
Fluent in both Swedish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
