Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Production Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Plan and supervise production teams to meet forecast and delivery targets
  • Develop and implement instructions, procedures, and routines in QMS/ERP systems
  • Foster collaboration between departments to address quality variances and production disturbances
  • Create, update, and maintain manufacturing orders, settings, and processes in the ERP system
  • Establish and lead forums for cross-departmental information exchange

What you bring:

  • Previous experience in assembly/production, ideally within electronics or mechatronics
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team supervision and coordination
  • Experience managing manufacturing orders and working with ERP systems
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English
