Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Production Planning Executive | SAP to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Develop and maintain the production plan in SAP, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
  • Visualize production status through timetables and daily management tools, tracking performance.
  • Manage deviations in materials and production rates, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Communicate deviations and escalate issues to the planning and production manager when necessary.
  • Maintain continuous contact with production groups and managers to ensure delivery schedules are met.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and resolve any concerns.
  • Participate in the development of new working methods, focusing on digitalization and visualization improvements.

What you bring:

  • Experience in production planning, ideally using SAP.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Ability to manage deviations and find solutions in real-time.
  • Proven experience in handling customer communications and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Focus on continuous improvement, digitalization, and working methods optimization.
