Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Production Process Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Support production departments in quality and process development, collaborating closely with R&D to integrate product and process knowledge.
- Perform root cause analysis and problem-solving for disturbances, non-conformities, and CAPA activities.
- Participate in risk management activities related to production processes.
- Implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and production capacity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for production processes and internal procedures.
- Lead smaller-scale improvement activities and contribute to larger cross-functional projects within production.
- Evaluate process parameters using appropriate statistical tools and methodologies.
- Contribute to process development activities, including scale-up and scale-down efforts.
What you bring:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent, preferably in Chemical, Molecular Biotechnology, Mechanical, or a related discipline.
- 3–10+ years of relevant professional experience within production or process engineering.
- Proven experience working with production processes in accordance with ISO 13485, from laboratory to industrial scale.
- Strong background in statistical process evaluation, validation of production and cleaning processes for medical devices.
- Hands-on experience in production environments that balance ongoing operations with concurrent technical projects.
- Structured, analytical, and self-driven approach with strong initiative and the ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Swedish and English
