Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Production Technician to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Lead and implement procurement processes for new production equipment and modifications to existing systems.
- Manage changes when production equipment is relocated, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Follow up on and report on grants allocated to projects and assignments.
- Develop and maintain maintenance plans to ensure the longevity and efficiency of production equipment.
- Oversee systems connected to production, such as the CAM system.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements.
- Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving issues with production equipment.
- Create and update processes and instructions to optimize machinery and production workflows.
- Update workshop layouts to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Participate in safety rounds alongside management and safety representatives.
- Contribute to and update risk assessments, ensuring all work equipment meets safety standards.
- Monitor orders and projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
What You Bring:
- Extensive experience in purchasing and production, with strong knowledge in machining processes such as turning, milling, grinding, assembly, and welding.
- A proactive and communicative personality, with strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach.
- A desire to take on a central role with coordination responsibilities, balancing business acumen with technical problem-solving.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining structure and order in your work.
- Authority to administer, investigate, and report on investments and modifications to production equipment.
- Ensure that the production department has the right capacity at the right time, aligned with the business plan.
- Ability to present and prioritize production technical tasks within the local management group.
- Experience in supplier selection and managing assignments, projects, and investigations within established frameworks.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
